Cancellations and Modifications Groups of 1-4 players: All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reserved tee time to avoid any charges. Large groups: For groups of five or more, a longer cancellation notice may be required (e.g., 48 hours to 7 days), depending on the size of the group. No-Show Fees A "no-show" is defined as a tee time reservation where one or more players fail to appear without providing sufficient notice. This includes failing to show up for a reserved tee time or arriving with fewer players than reserved without updating the booking. Individual no-show: If a player in a reserved group does not show up without sufficient notice, the card on file for the booking will be charged $30 for the missing player(s). Full group no-show: If the entire group fails to appear, the credit card used to secure the reservation will be charged $30 for every player in the booking. Automatic processing: No-show fees are processed automatically using the payment method provided at the time of booking. Booking Responsibilities The individual who makes the tee time reservation is responsible for all players in their group. Any no-show fees incurred will be charged to the account of the person who booked the reservation. Repeated Violations Golfers who repeatedly fail to show up for reserved tee times may face additional penalties. These can include suspension of online reservation privileges and/or deactivation of the golf pass for a specific time period. Policy Exceptions Exceptions to this policy may be made in rare circumstances, such as a verifiable emergency, and will be at the discretion of management. Weather Exceptions If the golf course officially closes due to inclement weather, no-show fees will not be applied. Rain alone may not constitute course closure.
